Designed for a relaxed but fitted look. Plenty of room in the arms and bust. It should wrap about 1-2 inches. We have three belt loops as shown in the photos. One on each side and one center back
The colors were inspired by the PNW forest floor full of deep greens. We describe the piece as medium weight - about 1.5lbs. The fabric is about 1/4 inch thick.

Made with 100% organic cotton. Our organic cotton is grow and spun in Salem, India by Salem Textile Mill. The entire process is GOTS certified. The final spun yarn makes its way about 40 miles south to Erode, India where our dye and sewing production occurs. For all dyed yarns, they are dyed at Shivasakthi Fashions - GOTS and Oeko-Tex certified.
All fabric is made by hand on traditional hand looms at Five P Venture, located in Erode, India. By doing this, we can supply more jobs to a wider range of artisans. It takes one person to make a meter of fabric on a machine loom where as it takes 4 to make it by hand.
At, Five P Venture, their weaving facility is Green Building certified and absolutely no energy is needed to power the building. Natural sunlight and natural air flow keeps the facility well lit and cool.
The final step in the process is to turn the fabric into a garment. Five P Venture is our only garment maker in India. They met globally recognized fair trade standards.
We are continuously looking for ways to provide more to the artisans and communities that help us make our amazing products! We currently donate 1% of all sales, not profits, to a local non-profit in Erode. Last year we supported READ.
All of our buttons are made of Corozo which is a nut from a tropical palm tree. The palm tree does not need to be destroyed in order to obtain the nut and the finished corozo button is 100% biodegradable!
We use polyester thread for increased strength and durability of the garment. Sustainable products first and foremost must last.
