    As 1% For The Planet memebers, we are dedicating 1% of our profits back the the environment. For 2018, we teamed up with, Navdanya an organic farming and seed bank non-profit in India.

  • Oeko-Tex

    OEKO-TEX Standard 100 is a worldwide certification for raw, semi-finished, and finished textile products, at all processing levels. Oeko-Tex is best known for their comprehensive list of harmful chemicals that should be removed from the dyeing process.

  • Fair Trade Certified

    The Fair Trade certification has become a global standard for fair trade in clothing, food and coffee! The certification is simply put a combination of social, environmental and economic standards. They work closely with companies on the ground level to make sure that all criteria set out in the Fair Trade standard is adhered to, at all levels of production.

  • World Fair Trade Organization

    WFTO’s mission is to enable producers to improve their livelihoods and the communities they live in through Fair Trade. They follow the 10 principles of fair trade that was adopted by the United Nations. The real difference with WFTO and other fair trade standards is their ability to work with small artisanal producers.

    Ethical Fashion Forum is an online eco and ethical fashion resource for brands, retailers and suppliers. They publish a directory of eco and ethical manufacturers worldwide.

  • Sedex - SMETA

    SMETA is an eco and ethical guideline for Sedex members. Sedex audits its members based on the SMETA guidelines that focus on labor standards, heath and safety, subcontracting, entitlement to work and environmental practices.
