ELECTED WORKER REPRESENATIVES
While all of our suppliers and artisan groups respect freedom of association, not everyone has a documented worker representative(s). By having a worker representative in place, it can help with a wide range of worker grievances and speed up the process to solving them. It will also help with negotiations of wages and benefits.
All suppliers and artisan groups will have at least one elected worker representative. They will be elected by the employees, non-managers of that given supplier or artisan group. - Soluna Team
