It's been anything but a "normal" year, yet you have remained such a constant source of positivity. What have you been doing to help find solace and peace personally? My mindfulness practice has been a saving grace! I try to meditate for 10 minutes a few nights per week, other days I practice box breathing (in for 4 seconds, out for 4 seconds, 4 times) Since it's still pretty nice outside I go for walks around my neighborhood anytime I'm feeling a little antsy.

We love your Oregon adventures! Where do you feel most inspired when traveling within the state? Out of state? I am so in love with the beauty of Oregon! I've been just about everywhere in the state from desert to ocean climate and I am definitely inspired by both. When I had the chance to fly somewhere for vacation, I'd say Tulum, Mexico was my favorite spot; from the food to the landscapes and crystal clear cenote's I loved every second I spent there.

Coffee or tea? and favorite drink! Tea! I'm not a coffee drinker but I love experimenting with herbal and milk teas. I am 100% a matcha queen though, I love trying out matcha in different areas of town.

What's your favorite song to dance-like-no-ones-watching to? I'm a huge music buff and love this question! It is so dependent on my mood. Right now, I'd have to say Robyn's Dancing on My Own--always a banger.

When you're shopping, how do you decide if you want to support and purchase from a brand? My first instinct is to go for a brand that feels inclusive in sizing. Being a plus-size woman there just aren't enough options and we don't always get to shop as sustainably as we'd like because of that. If I feel like a brand is really putting in the work, that makes me want to purchase and share them with my community!
