Organic Cotton Plus is a 5th generation family-owned cotton farm located in Northwest Texas. In 1991, the farm became one of the first certified organic farms in the country and later became the first fabric retailer in the U.S. to be fully GOTS certified.

In the early days, almost all organic products were bought by large corporations, and blended with conventional cotton. This enabled big corporations to meet their “green goals”, but it left small businesses, who wanted to commit to 100% organic cotton, empty handed. As a result, Organic Cotton Plus became a sister company of the farm and set aside organic cotton bales specifically for small business.

Products made with Organic Cotton Plus fabric and dyes included: Cuyahoga and Mississippi
