We are learning. We are listening. We are reading. We are watching and ready to take action.

We have been asking what’s next? How can we, as individuals and as a brand, contribute and fight for a better tomorrow? We will be the first to admit that we have not done enough thus far in support of BIPOC, but that stops now. Below is our action plan in support of BIPOC voices. We are determined to build on this as we grow and more importantly, never stop. As a BIPOC led company, this topic is and will always be an important part of who we are.

• Support organizations that are actively defending the BIPOC community. As a self-funded business, we don't always have the means to make recurring monthly donations. However, when we can, we will. As for the rest of the time, we will highlight and bring awareness to the organizations fighting for change.
• Make space for BIPOC voices. We will share resources and amplify voices from these communities.
• Support BIPOC brands, influencers, models, and creatives. We will do this through partnerships, interviews, and by promoting brands on our platforms. We will continue to partner with BIPOC models for our photoshoots and actively work towards being more size-inclusive.
• Promote BIPOC voices in the sustainability space. Sustainable fashion lacks representation of BIPOC voices. We will make a mission to highlight sustainable BIPOC leaders, brands and influencers.
• Never stay silent. We will speak up and take action against police brutality of the BIPOC community. We support investing money towards other forms of community social services.
• We currently have no employees but when we do, we promise to promote BIPOC voices within the company. We will build structures that amplify their voice and create an environment that welcomes their ideas.
• We promise to learn and listen every day. We have a long way to go as a company but we are committed to listening and educating ourselves as we grow. We are not perfect by any means, but we promise to do better each step of the way. And if we make mistakes, we promise to hold ourselves accountable.
